Please appreciate the design and structure from the inside in the 1st two pictures.
Relaxed 13" at the waist - will stretch to its label size of XLRG to 18" (up to 36" waist snug);
4 metallic garters sewn in - bright shiny metal with a vintage design - elastic to the garters ribbon to closure are impeccable.
Ultra beautiful and fem crotch opening with no signs of wear/use
Leg openings 9" to 14" - the trim around its leg openings has some elasticity, and once worn stretched will lay flat;  Perhaps it is meant to not be as tight as the rest since it is of different fabric and texture.
Overall length un-stretched 14"-15" with an 11" rise to crotch.
This garment is ultra clean and in great condition.
