Vintage 50s Jezebel RENEE OF HOLLYWOOD NYLON LACE BUSTIER CORSET BONING Tan sz 34B
Back in the 1950s, little known lingerie designer Rene of Hollywood introduced the Jezebel bra, a deeply plunging bra that quickly became the hottest bra in town. Known for lacy confections of push-up and plunge bras, Jezebel made its name as a sexy alternative to basic lingerie. This lovely bustier was made in the 1950s and is a great example of the designer's sexy sensibilities that were so bold at the time. This particular piece is a light caramel / cream / tan color. It is made with six strips of boning around the torso and is strapless! The bodice and cups are made of strong nylon overlaid in a decorative layer of nylon lace. This bustier includes a 2" thick band of lace around the bottom of it.
Condition is excellent for its age with absolutely no known significant flaws. The elastic still has plenty of stretch. There are no holes, tears, loose seams or stains. You'll love it!
It fastens with two separate rows of hooks in back for some flexibility in size. The original size was 34B, however...
