    Description

    The roll of paper that most of the garters are on measures 17.5" around , the one picture alone is smaller and measures up to 16.5" and could be used as a sleeve garter.
    Please ask any questions before you buy since I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
    I go to the post office twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday, unless I can catch my postman to take packages.  So, if you buy Saturday through Tuesday your package will mail on Wednesday and if you buy Wednesday through Friday your package will mail on Saturday.
