The cast includes James Barton, Fannie Brice, George Jessel, Borrah Minevitch, Moss & Fontana (Marjorie Moss and Georges Fontana), Arthur Treacher, Roger Davis, Hannah Williams, Jerry Norris, Peggy Andre, Lucille Osborne, Paula Trueman and Hal Thompson.  Featuring songs by Harry Archer, Oscar Levant, Charlotte Kent, Harry Warren, Vivian Ellis, William C.K. Irwin, Louis Alter, George M. Cohan, Dana Suesse, Phil Charig and Joseph Meyer and songs with lyrics by Edward Eliscu, Ira Gershwin, Billy Rose, Malcolm McComb and Ballard McDonald

Condition is near excellent with minor wear including a vertical fold and some short notes made in the margin in ink.

CONDITION:
I use a six-step condition scale to describe the overall paper quality:  Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.  Good means just that:  desireable for a collection with no immediate need to upgrade.  Excellent and Mint are usually reserved for publisher and music store remainders.  Expect Good-minus and Fair to have considerable wear.  All specific condition faults are noted after the general condition.
