The sculpting panties have an attached waist cincher with an adjustable front hook & eye closure. The panties also have a tummy control panel and a soft cotton lined crotch (the bottom does NOT open). MEASUREMENTS: There are no labels ... waist fits 28 - 31 inches. Vintage Clothing
