This item is D size holder using Max. 3 pc AA size batteries.
If you need 1.2V cell, use 3pc AA NiMH/NiCd battery convert to D size.The capcity will be increased 3 times.
If you need 1.5V, use Max. 3pc AA R6 dry battery convert to D size with three times capacity.
If you need 3.2V LiFePO4 use Max.3pc IFR14500 3.2V AA size LiFePO4 battery convert to D size.The capacity will be 600mAhX3=1800mAh.
If you need 3.7V, use Max.3pc ICR14500 3.7V 900mAh AA size Li-ion battery convert to D size with 2700mAh capacity.

Do not mix new and used cells when you assemble D size   adaptor.
