FINE CONDITION!  This ornately cast double plumb and level is of the "new" style and dates from around the First World War. A full 24" long and almost 2-5/8" tall, it is quite attractive - even striking. Something no Millers Falls collector should be without - especially in this great condition. Tastefully cleaned to high collector standards, the japanning is 90% intact.  All eight corners are intact and perfect and are guaranteed to have never been welded. There is no significant chipping or dinging anywhere in the metal and no rusting or consequential pitting. All three vials appear original and are in good working order. Few big cast iron levels like this have survived intact into the 21st Century what with dropping them on concrete floors and sending them off to WWII scrap iron drives. And to find one in FINE CONDITION is not all that easy. So why not LEVEL off on this one and BUY IT NOW!!
