What a BEAUTIFUL platter! AND, at a GREAT price!
This listing is for a PROVINCIAL DESIGNS by NIKKO JAPAN platter in the AVONDALE design. It's oval, measuring approximately 12" long (actual measurement is 11 7/8") x 9.25" wide (at its widest across the center), and it's made of a white porcelain? ceramic? with a scalloped edge around its perimeter, trimmed with a thin light blue trim. The rim is 1.5" wide and is artistically decorated with a floral design in shades of blue/red/green, and it has a thin blue trim around its inside perimeter edge, towards the center.
PLUS, it's "FREEZER TO OVEN, MICROWAVE OVEN, DISHWASHER SAFE"! WOW!!
Although listed as used, it's in EXCELLENT condition and looks practically unused, as I could NOT find any chips/cracks/crazing, and next to no scratches.
