The Freehand Router's
blade can be made into any shape! Includes 5 ultra-stiff yet shapeable 10.5" wires that bolt onto the arms. Scoop out big or tiny pieces of foam for any level of control. The Freehand Router is to foam what the chisel is to stone.
The Single-Heat Pro Power Station
gives you plenty of speed for any and all of our other Craft and Pro Tools for more creative foam cutting.
This tool can only be used with the included Pro Power Station, the Multi-Heat Pro Power Station, or the Variable Heat Pro Power Station. For use outside the USA, just specify which country's power supply you will require upon checkout.

Our Hot Wire tools work best on rigid polystyrene foams, also known as expanded polystyrene (also known as EPS, Styrofoam or bead-board foam) and extruded polystyrene foam (also known as XEPS or XPS or insulation foam). If you are unsure whether or not this tool will cut the foam you intend to cut, please contact us before buying. The Hot Wire tools will cut many kinds of foam, but always check with the foam manufacturer to make sure there are no health or safety hazards when using hot wire tools.
NOTE:
Polyurethane foam (aka upholstery foam) should not be cut with hot wire tools. It needs a ton of heat, gives off toxic fumes, and leaves a lot of melted plastic wherever it is cut. We recommend that the polyurethane foams only be cut with a blade or saw.

Please note, the 3" Knife WILL fit in a USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box for international orders, In order to fit your items in the box, the 3" Hot Knife will be put in the box very carefully with the blade slightly curved. Please remove the knife carefully from the box so as not to permanently bend or break the blade - it should readjust itself and go straight again.

This product is warranted for non-commercial use as follows: For 90 days from the original date of purchase, HWFF, Inc. will, at its option, repair or replace a defective unit free of
charge, if the unit is defective due to an original manufacturer’s defect. This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or unit failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Except as herein expressly set forth, HWFF, Inc. shall not under any circumstances be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from the use of the equipment. The consumer’s sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as expressly provided above.
