For sale is a beautiful Gotz Girl Baby Doll with her very own Bear
Adorable blue-eyed doll with soft cloth body with vinyl arms & legs.
She has
rooted dark hair, sleep eyes & while I was able to make her
stand on her own (last pic above), it was not real easy to do. The tag
pictured is from her dress. Her dress is white with red flowers, green
stems & tiny black polka dots. Her
collar has two strawberry decorative
buttons. There is a pocket on
the front of her dress specially made to
hold her teddy bear & the pocket has the Gotz logo. The little teddy
bear has a red ribbon around it's neck. The doll's little white shoes are
tied
on with an attached white ribbon (I didn't take them off as
I was
afraid
I wouldn't be able to get them tied back on).

Information I found on line regarding this neck stamp...
In 1991, the first doll released with this specific facial mold was AMILY;
her specific neckstamp mold number reads "158/16 Gotz 91." The AMILY
facial mold is rounded in shape and the doll appears to be "biting" its bottom
lip (some collectors commonly refer to this facial mold as "lip biters"). Dolls
with this facial mold are all soft-bodied WEICHSTEHPUPPE dolls.
