    Description

    This clock features the famous FRISCO 4-8-4 Mountain type #1522 which is perhaps the most famous steam locomotive in the mid-west, pulling folks all over Missouri and Kansas for years.  She pulled excursion trains out of St. Louis for years.  She is now stored at the St. Louis Transport Museum.
    The clock can be mounted on a wall or placed on a mantle or a table.
    The clock has a quartz movement operated by an AA battery - not included.  An added feature is a sweep second hand.
    The Walnut case is finished with a linseed oil blend followed by polyurethane to enhance the beautiful wood grain.  Wood screws hold the base to the frame and dowels attach the top piece to the sides. A sheet of plexiglass completes the clock.
