    Description

    Up for auction are two antique Stanley wood and brass levels recently found at auction in Lancaster County PA.  They are found in good used condition. Top bubbles seem to be working, smaller seem broken or too cloudy to be working.  Shorter has brass end plates, larger does not.  Nice natural patina.  Condition issues include scratches, abrasions, Stanley label harder to read.  Larger has a Patent date of June 23,1896 and the smaller has one that we cannot make out, might be older.  Dirty, paint drips.
