As you can see from our pictures, we tested the bands using every day bills (not crispy bank bills).  There are 100 bills in each stack.  This really put the bands to the test.  The  currency bands performed perfectly.  A strong seal kept the bills securely in place with a very tight seal.
If you have mixed bundles or short bundles, simply use the back side of the currency band and write the amount on the band.  This keeps you from having to order blank bands.  If you want to make the tellers happy, have all the bills going the same way and from smallest to largest.
